Clint Eastwood

Clint Eastwood first came to public notice in the television series Rawhide, then went on to make a series of "spaghetti westerns" and "tough cop" films which made him a major star. He began a directing career with Play Misty for Me in 1971 and won a directing Oscar for 1992's Unforgiven.
